Billion Flex Shrink Sleeves are crafted from high-shrink cast films sourced from Japan, Germany, and Taiwan, including PVC, PETG, OPS, and PLA. Our state-of-the-art printing presses can print up to 10 colors on the surface or reverse side, with precision slitting, sleeving, cutting, and shaping capabilities. Our sleeves feature up to 2 Hot Melt Bands for secure fitting, ideal for conical-shaped containers. Designed for use with Automatic Sleeve Applicator Machines, our rolls ensure seamless application. Our entire production process takes place in hygienic, air-conditioned facilities. With a capacity to manufacture 5 million shrink sleeves per day (0.5 million meters per day), we guarantee delivery within 4-5 days. Additionally, Billion Flexipack offers a wide range of special effects using special inks, including Matt and Gloss effects, Fluorescents, Metallics, High Luster Finishes, and Pearlescent finishes.
